Shipping policy

At Maison Dalal, we aim to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.
We process orders within 1 business day after your purchase, and shipping typically takes 2–3 business days for Cairo/Giza and 4-5 business days in other cities.

A standardized 80 EGP amount is applied to shipping anywhere in Egypt. If you choose to pay via Instapay, the shipping cost will be integrated in the total amount. If you choose Cash On Delivery, the full item price is paid upon delivery and only the shipping amount might be required before delivery to confirm the order, as all products are personally handmade exclusively for you by the owner on the day of your order. We will reach out via email or Whatsapp if this is the case.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your parcel reaches you promptly.
Once your order has shipped, you can:

     - Request your tracking number by messaging us directly via Messenger or Instagram (@maisondalall).

     - Contact us at any time for a shipping update or delivery inquiry.

Please note:

     - Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or peak sales periods.

     - Maison Dalal is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

     - Once your order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to them, but we will assist you in tracking or resolving any issues.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping fees may apply.
